| Trainee Account Manager £15,190 -£18,000 + OTE (C25-30K) Get experience and real business skills, totally transferable and valuable in making a success of your career and in making big money! We are looking for a trainee candidate to enrol on our successful academy. As a sales trainee you will be offered guidance and support in learning skills such as; negotiation, business development, marketing, advertising, client liaison and much more. As an account manager within recruitment your role will differ from that of a traditional consultant. You will look after established clients, focusing on their recruitment needs and building a successful working relationship. Interviewing, short- listing and advertising are all central to this role. You will find your days are varied. You will also find yourself spending time outside of the office on client sites. We do not ask for any previous account management experience. Instead we are interested in applicants who have an interest in starting a career in sales/ recruitment or business development. Relationship building is key. You will need be able to demonstrate a good communication and listening skills and the ability to learn. A creative side will be helpful for the marketing/ advertising element this role will incorporates. You will ideally be educated to degree level or A-level standard and have some previous experience of telephone work (customer services, office based administration, telesales, cold calling) or similar. Exposure to MS Office will also be helpful. We are centrally based in Manchester and reaching us is easy if whether you plan to travel by train, tram or bus.
