Full Description:

I am looking for an experienced workstream lead with a good understanding of system performance issues (possibly a technical architect background) is required to lead & co ordinate efforts to enhance the performance of my clients system (currently deployed to 17 markets) ahead of their next deployment wave scheduled for April 2008. In addition, you will ensure that performance for future deployment meets requirements. In short, you will be responsible for the end-to-end customer experience of performance.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Establish expected levels of performance across the system
Building on existing analysis of performance issues, continue further analysis as necessary
Co ordinate & direct efforts to address performance by the implementation partner, the infrastructure service provider & the software vendor as well as internal parties
Recommend improvements & drive execution (both short, medium & long term)
Oversee activities to ensure performance of subsequent technical releases and market deployments meet acceptable standards
Track improvements and communicate to stakeholders


Capabilities & Experience

Sound understanding of what is required to achieve solid performance from a system (including infrastructure & network)
Track record of rapidly driving outcomes in a pragmatic manner
Prefer Hyperion and/or finance systems experience
