Full Description:
I am looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager who will be reporting to the Infrastructure Build Team Manager. The successful candidate will be expected to define, plan, direct and deliver medium/large infrastructure projects which meet both stakeholder and overall business requirements.

The individual may be asked to manage several smaller projects, or to be responsible for a medium / large project with a team structure including 3rd party representatives.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Professionally qualified in a minimum of one of the following
qualifications:
oPrince 2 (Practitioner), ITIL Qualified
oISEB Certificate in Project Management
Project Management experience must include delivering projects using
at least one of the following methodologies; PRINCE2, PMI, Agile
Extensive Infrastructure Project Manager experience, with visible
evidence, within their CV, of delivering infrastructure projects. Note:
Application Development experience will not be considered
Technically astute to challenge technical decisions and work
alongside technical domain owners
Competent in all levels of stakeholder management and familiar
working within a Matrix Management environment
Track record of managing a number of varied complex infrastructure
projects successfully
Skilled application of all aspects of the Risk & Issue Management
process
High level planning and scheduling skills
Competent application of the full suite of PM toolsets, plans and
procedures
Candidate should be able to demonstrate an ability to diagnose
project risks and issues and rapidly put corrective actions in place
Skilled communicator with suppliers, sub-contractors, stakeholders
and the rest of the organisation
Good understanding of commercial and financial requirements of
projects
Able to manage budgets and interpret financial data

UNIX; DB2; Oracle;SAN Storeage;AS400; Networks; Intel; Voice, Desktops/

Competent application of the full suite of PM toolsets, plans and
procedures
Skilled communicator with suppliers, sub-contractors, stakeholders
and the rest of the organisation
Good understanding of commercial and financial requirements of
projects
Able to manage budgets and interpret financial data
