| Chef de Partie Manchester City Centre £16 - £17K • To assist sous chef in the organisation and controlling of all kitchen operations • To assist in the development of an innovative style relevant to The Place Hotel and promote the style in order to achieve recognition • To ensure standards of product preparation and quality are adhered to on a consistent basis • To ensure complete customer satisfaction, through provision and quality, control of food, hygiene and service adopting a customer focused approach at all times • To communicate with front of house staff ensuring issues that occur during service are handled in a professional manner and discussed properly at the end of service • Have a knowledge of and follow company and statutory health and safety, hygiene, security and emergency procedures • To ensure the kitchen is always clean, tidy and hygienic • To assist in the job training of junior chefs and/or apprentices • To ensure that lights, electric, gas and water is not used unnecessarily • To be able to control waste with good stock rotation, ordering and temperature control • Any other duty deemed necessary by management For more information, please call Shelly Todman on Tel: 0161 283 8383 Or Email your cv to: shelly@nesrecruitment.co.uk |
