| We have a vacancy for a Sales & Contracts Co-ordinator within a well established family business who supply to the construction industry based in Heywood. You must have a likeable character and the ability to build strong relationships to gain repeat business. You must be pro-active and be able to make quality calls to potential and existing clients. You must be self-motivated and an excellent negotiator. You must also be stable in your career and want to be part of an established team. Main responsibilities... · To build & maintain strong relationships & rapport with a large number of Commercial Construction companies of variable size in order to best identify new opportunities and potential business. · Liaising mainly with Estimators and Buyers, you will price jobs and provide quotes · Make regular follow up calls after quotes have gone out in order to gain the contract · Monitor stock and forecast what materials are needed. · Liaise with other departments such as telemarketing, purchasing, accounts, site workers and management This is a full time position.
