This software company based in Macclesfield are seeking a telemarketer to promote a new range of products.
Job Description
1. Contacting companies on a daily basis in order to promote products
2. Sending information about the the company and its products
3. Maintaining sales database so that potential leads generated by initial telemarketing can be followed up at any time.
4. Completing the sales process down to contract signing. (Usually done over the phone) If necessary arranging appointment times for sales personnel to complete contract signing on site. (For larger organizations)
5. Processing orders to the accounts department and appointing engineering installation times with the end customer.
6. Sending customer satisfaction surveys to new customers and liaising with the company directors and technical support about making improvements to the service where necessary.
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have previous B2B and/or B2C experience and have experience of working to and exceeding targets. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence people. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person and there are excellent opportunities for promotion as the company grows. The basic salary is £18000 with a very realistic minimum OTE of £24k.
