Due to continued expansion our client now seeks an additional General Banking Lawyer to join their top ranked Manchester team.
The ideal candidate will be 2+ years PQE and will have gained their Banking experience within a leading City or regional practice.
The role will consist mainly of general corporate banking work including acquisition finance, syndicated lending, securitisation and asset finance.
You will be working with a wide client base including leading clearing and investment banks, borrowers, investors and insurers.
The successful candidate will have strong academics, excellent client handling skills and a commercial “hands on” approach.
