Full Description:
Provide HR administration services to Fairways (including payroll) and former united funerals business. Accurately process the training administration needs for funerals business, ensuring service level agreements are met. Accurately maintain up to date HR records for funerals business. Responsible in conjunction with operations, for the compliance management of all new starters. Ensuring that required new starter documentation has been returned including: references, contract, eligibility to work in UK, and restrictive covenants. Assist the HR Operations Manager with delivering and coordinating adhoc projects. Assist with the front end recruitment process as per the funeral business attraction strategy, ensuring potential leads are successfully followed. Assist with administration of Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations. Provide advice in line with the agreements and policies of the funerals businesses. Produce a consistently high quality of work, as agreed with HR Operations Manager. Manage and take ownership of complex customer enquiries, received in writing or over the telephone. Maintain customer focus and good relationships with both internal and external suppliers. Generate improvement ideas through proactive identification
Hours - 8.30am - 4.45pm
