| Senior Store Manager - Premium Fashion - Manchester Airport A rare and unique opportunity has arisen to join this premium to luxury retailer, trading within one of the fast paced environments in the North West. You will be an outstanding retailer of the highest calibre, with strong people management skills and sharp commercial focus. My client is a niche retailer and is carving a large share of its particular market for itself, it thrives in challenging environments and relies on its people to deliver amazing results across the boards. You will have experience in handling turnovers in excess of £6 million, you will come from a fast paced background, where excellence in KPI management has been drummed into you. You will have a proven track record of consistent year on year sales growth and reduction in over head costs. You will have an intuitive understanding of the fashion market and be able to merchandise your product and manipulate your layout time and time again in order to maximise sales.
