| My client, a finance company based in the Chorley area, are looking to recruit a Customer Services Executive for their busy office. ROLE: They are now looking for bright individuals who can bring empathy and their experience of life to help customers to commit to resolving their debt problems. The main purpose of the role is to make outbound calls to customers who have responded to various marketing campaigns. These calls predominantly will be to customers who have already contacted the company. Extensive training is provided before new recruits start to take customer calls. If you are looking to further your career in an autonomous environment where responsibility is gained from an early stage, then this would be an excellent opportunity for you. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: a) Experience of working in a customer focused role. b) Good standard of GCSE's in Maths and English. c) The ability to listen carefully to clients, question and probe effectively for the accurate personal and financial information required. d) The ability to talk to clients in a sympathetic, friendly, patient but persuasive conversational manner.
