| Telesales Manager Oldham £30,000 Benefits: · £50,000 OTE · Pension · Healthcare · Paid Holiday · Share incentives Company: We are working with the most successful supplier of office equipment within the North of England, who are currently expanding their business. Job description: Our client are looking for a motivational hands on Telesales Manager to take over the already successful team. You will be required to coach, train and develop new and existing members of the Telesales team to maintain their high levels of performance. The team consists of 8 established Telesales account managers who are required to cold call new businesses as well as maintain existing relationships. Reporting to the sales director you will be working alongside field sales managers to maximise business across all area’s. Candidates must have experience and knowledge of the office supplies industry as well as managing outbound telesales teams.
