Position: New Business Specialist
Locations: Manchester
Salary: £18k-£20k plus Bonus & Expenses, OTE £27-30k

The Company:
Over the past 25 years our client has become a global provider of objective management systems and business assessment tools that help organisations recruit, retain and develop their people. The management systems that our client provides are for use by all industrial or commercial managers that have a staffing responsibility.

Due to progressive growth and development plans our client has a requirement for a New Business Executive to sell a portfolio of services to Small to Medium Enterprises ranging from Behavioural Assessments, Aptitude and Ability tests to 360 Degree feedback, Emotional Intelligence and Skills tests.

Job description:
To subsequently grow revenue through developing clients in the use of the employer’s systems, key tasks being:
· Researching sales opportunities in small-medium size enterprises
· Qualifying prospects with full company details, by telephone to the company concerned and updating on the company CRM system
· To arrange a minimum of 20 appointments each month with registered prospects
· To develop clients to expand the use of the organisation’s portfolio by regular visits to that client base
· To report on monthly activity in his/her area by completing a monthly business review and forwarding the report to relevant manager
· To attend all meetings as directed by his/her manager or director
· To attend presentations, prospect seminars and user groups at the direction of the sales manager
