| My client based in the Didsbury area of Manchester has an immediate need for a Customer Service Executive, paying a £15,151 basic wage + a 6% company bonus and big company benefits. On a day-to-day basis you will be: · Managing customer relationships over the telephone · Maintaining and building on relationships with internal departments · Managing lifecycle of queries from initial call to resolution · Working closely with the team leader · Reporting all customer feedback and escalating serious issues · Where possible, solving problems from the first point of contact You will need to be educated to GCSE standard with a strong knowledge of MS Office, especially excel and a professional telephone manner. You must be able to prove you have experience of either a customer service, call centre or telecoms environment.
