| TELEPHONE COLLECTORS My client currently collect debt on behalf of 200 clients including high street banks, utility companies and many more. As a telephone collections agent, you will talk directly to customers taking inbound and making outbound calls. You will negotiate outstanding payments and reach repayment agreements, updating the in-house database and action the customers account accordingly. The ideal candidate will possess: Sales and/or telesales experience. (collections experience would be an advantage although full training will be given) Proven success in a target driven environment. Strong customer service skills. Professionalism & self motivation. Excellent relationship building and people skills. Good I.T skills. and more importantly the desire for career progression. This is a great role for someone who has already proven themselves within a sales environment and is now looking for a new challenge. WORKING HOURS ARE PART TIME - 5 EVE's 4 or 5-8:30pm or 3 EVE's + Every Sat 9-2pm SALARY £7-£11 per hour + Bonuses THIS POSITION IS BASED IN SALFORD QUAYS |
