| We are currently recruiting for a Great Legal Software company based in Manchester City Centre and are looking for 4 New Business Sales Executives. Salary £16,000 to £18,000 ote £25,000 You will work closely with the field based team to account manage and generate additional sales revenue from Legal customers through effective cross-sell and up sell activity and to improve customer retention through anticipation and resolution of issues pre-renewal. Proactively contact Legal prospects as directed. To generate new business sales, opportunities for the field team, sales appointments and seminar attendees working closely in conjunction with the New Business Field Sales team. - Working closely with the Legal field team to undertake outbound and inbound telephone account management and prospect sales activity to Legal customers and prospects as directed. - To exceed sales revenue targets, opportunity generation targets, retention targets and agreed KPI's as directed by the Team Manager - To implement agreed call strategy to the customer segments as directed - To handle all inbound sales calls from Legal customers to qualify, take orders and drive cross and up sell activity in conjunction with the field sales team - To identify new business opportunities for field sales to follow up - To continually update and cleanse the customer database with key marketing and competitor information as directed - To recruit attendees for the customer and prospect events programme and provide pre and post event follow up support - To sell a defined range of Legal products to target markets - To book sales appointments and demonstrations for the field sales team with qualified prospects as directed Person specification - Proven telesales experience - Knowledge of legal profession and legal software products would be advantageous. - B2B experience - Sales orientated team player - Energy and enthusiasm - Excellent listener and communicator - Self motivated - Good organisation and admin skills Benefits Great company benefits include: 26 days holidays, private medical cover, Health insurance, Life assurance. |
