Work for a fantastic Property Company in the Heart of Manchester City Centre!!!!!

This leading property company is looking to recruit 3 x Caretakers / Customer Service Team Members to work at their prestigious offices in Manchester City Centre.

This is a fabulous role paying a salary of £13,950 along with great benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays plus a day off for your birthday, Life Assurance cover, Contributory Pension Scheme (up to 8%), Annual Wellness Assessment, Employee Share Ownership Plan, and Private Health Cover.

As a Caretaker / Customer Services Team Member you will undertake and supervise certain aspects of the day to day running of the property in line with Customer Service Standards and Health and Safety obligations.

Duties will include caretaking and maintenance of the property including working at height (e.g. changing light bulbs, clearing guttering etc) as well as some heavy lifting from time to time, security involving monitoring CCTV and responding to any emergencies that arise, and front of house reception when required to cover lunches of the receptionists.

To be successful in this role it is desirable that you have previous maintenance or security experience however equally importantly you will a can do attitude, good team working skills, good common sense and a positive disposition.

****Due to the role involving front of house reception you will be required to provide a first class customer service to all visitors and clients within the building and also to be of very smart appearance.****
