| Full time and Part time Customer Service Advisor - either full time or 24 or 30 hrs per week range of shifts available - £13, 000 basic pro rata + excellent benefits including staff gym and subsidised restaurant. City Centre based offices working fixed shifts of either 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm. Fantastic opportunities for anyone with previous customer service experience gained within either a retail or telephone based environment. Full training provided. Handling inbound customer service enquiries and complaints empathising with customers and taking ownership of queries, issues and complaints. No sales involved!!
