| TARGET Responsible for the store for sale and image. Ensuring standards for quality and customer service and selling to celebrities and VIP. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensuring sales priorities according to Companys guides Working with controller to provide a good stock turnover. Ensuring standards for quality, customer service. Selection and training staff in the day-to-day relationships with customers and in the company procedures . Achievement of sale target and staff costs Organise the team; set up actual TG, monthly rota, holiday and vacancy Relationship with buyer for selection product Identify and implement new initiatives for improving service standards Responsible for Public relations in store and for the relationship with VIP, organise events according to Farraris guide RELATIONSHIP Retail Manager - Farrari for events and PR Controller for stock turnover Buyer for selection product PERSON Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience, of which at least 4 years should be at a managerial level. Prior experience in retail or related industries is strongly preferred. Proven track record in leadership and people management. Good knowledge ofand stock control Passionate of Formula Target and results oriented. Strong team player.
