| Project Manager Germany Basic £40-£45K + bonus + benefits Benefits: · Excellent benefits package · Career Development Job description: My client is one of the big players within Business Process Outsourcing with a portfolio of blue chip corporate clients. They are looking to recruit a German speaking Project specialist who will manage multiple projects on behalf one of their prestigious clients. The successful individual will have experience and evidence of project management within an outsourced contact centre environment. Ideally from an operations background you will have the ability to lead and coach and deliver projects from cradle to grave. The role will include extensive travel within Eastern Europe with your main base being in Germany. A self-starter, you must be able to work independently away from the UK for long periods of time. Experience of client service delivery, portfolio management within the Contact Centre/BPO is essential. You will possess first class communication skills and be a problem solver providing solutions to the client. Good organisational and strong time management skills are essential to the role, along with a high degree of commitment. This is a great opportunity to join this dynamic blue chip organisation.
