| Our fabulous client is looking for a Service Provision Executive to join their team in Rochdale. The role compromises of receiving internal queries and making external calls to customers and suppliers for managed services and handling order exceptions. Professionalism and accuracy of any correspondence is paramount to maintaining the exemplary reputation. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT and organisational skills. You will be self motivated but work well as part of a team. You will have the ability to analyse data successfully and accurately. You will have proven experience in a customer facing / provisioning role along with an ISP/Communications background with exposure to Openreach/BT Wholesale products, services and tools in a provisioning environment. Salary is £16k to £20k with excellent benefits! |
