We are actively seeking a Claims Team Leader to join a progressive Insurance Organisation.
Key duties will involve prioritising work, dealing with daily staffing issues, making technical decisions on claims within authority, authorising team cheque requests, auditing claims and compiling reports for managers.
Excellent communication skills are essential along with a strong working background in claims experience and knowledge.
Those possessing the IFC would be at a distinct advantage. This position is critical for the continued success of the claims department and in return will be offered great rewards with excellent benefits.
