| What Makes People Tick?? Marketing-Advertising- Research- Interviewing- Business Development- Training! Manchester City Centre! Starting salary c£15,030- £18,220 (OTE £35,000) + BENEFITS. ACCOUNT MANAGER Advertising, client liaison and interviewing- we can teach you these skills and give you the experience to make money using them. Sitting first amongst our competition, our training academy will give you a one on one mentor, an individual training programme and the chance to work with well known household names and organisations you may not have heard of. You will gain experience in marketing, internet based research and business development. As a trainee consultant you can expect support from a senior consultant at every stage until you have your own regular clients. Based less than 2 minutes walk from the tram and bus stops and within an 8 minute walk of Oxford Road train station, our prestigiously based offices couldnt be easier to find. Good food is around the corner with China Town and King Street both within a 6 minute walk and only a stones throw away Deansgate is a popular choice for after work drinks. Financial incentives are excellent and working in an environment like ours allows you to make as much money as you like with uncapped earnings. Your basic salary will be boosted by on target earnings (as much as 35k in your first yr) Organised day trips and holiday prizes are just 2 of the incentives you will be offered. Trips to London, champagne lunches and gym membership are also up for grabs for the successful candidate. To get ahead as a consultant you will not need previous recruitment experience. You will ideally be degree educated with a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline. Creative writing skills for advertising is a must as is a professional telephone manner. Previous experience in sales, customer services or an office based role will all be helpful.
