We are currently looking to recruit an Email Fulfillment Executive to join our Data Division. The successful candidate will part an integral part in the maintenance and development of Client and Internal databases, the preparation of list sales data and the creation and fulfilment of emails via a broadcast system. The position is within the digital marketing team that is responsible for email fulfillment. Key responsibilities • Assistance with the implementation and fulfillment of email-channel marketing • Management and prioritising of email broadcast campaigns • Updating and continually improving fulfillment process • Communication, from briefing stage through to campaign execution and results reporting. Including: - Campaign activity reporting - Client communications - Internal communications • Maintaining Management Information reports tracking spend against budget • Assisting the broadcasting of emails through multiple platforms during cover or busy times • Exciting role within a young team with a broad range of career development options Essential Experience • Proven track record of delivering against client (internal or external) assignments which provide timescale challenges. • Experience of working with Microsoft Office packages (in particular Word, Excel and Access) • HTML understanding and email broadcast experience beneficial Personal Attributes • Relevant degree or professional qualification preferred. • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships both internally and externally • Good written and oral communication skills • Strong customer focus and flexibility to think of ways to facilitate working with the business • Flexibility and change orientation – ability to work in a fast passed and ever changing dynamic business environment which will require the job holder to manage a large volume of high priority tasks. Remuneration Salary: £17,000 to £24,000 (Dependant on Experience) 25 days paid holiday (+ statutory holidays) |
