An opportunity has arisen at our head office site for a Script Developer. The ideal candidate will have at least one to one and a half years experience in a developer related role. A Degree in IT is particularly attractive.
Role Summary
The job holder will play an integral part in designing and developing applications and scripts for LBM’s 4 contact centres. You will be required to provide significant IT support to contact centres on site, whilst simultaneously, focusing on business framework analysis, design and development.
Key responsibilities
· To develop/design call centre applications and call centre scripts using HTML, Java Script, Microsoft .NET/asp & Server Technologies, primarily to focus on business framework design and development using industry recommended standards.
· To provide support for existing applications and scripts and troubleshooting.
· To analyse requests for new call centre scripts and to provide accurate implementation time estimates.
· To design and develop web-based and desktop applications, primarily facilitating entry, display, analysis
· To report customer or hosted data, you will be accountable for producing documentation for the development work undertaken.
· To provide support for existing call centre applications and troubleshoot any problems that arise.
· This position will require significant communication skills, both externally and internally, whilst combining the ability to handle multiple tasks.
· Must be able to carry out basic database tasks.
· You will be required to adhere to company coding and development standards

Essential Experience
· A degree in IT and/or 1 - 1.5 years experience in a IT specific role

· Basic Knowledge of VBSCRIPT
