Due to further expansion the opportunity has arisen for Industrial Recruitment Consultants. This is a great opportunity to join one of the UK's leading recruitment companies currently with 130+ branches with further plans to grow rapidly. Based at brand new office in Manchester City Centre and with sporting partnerships with Manchester City FC, Lancashire Cricket Club and Warrington Wolves plus many more. You may be already working in the industry looking for a change or looking for the opportunity to break into the lucrative recruitment industry.

The role includes:

Sales - Mainly over the phone but also face-to face with clients
Candidate Attraction - Utilising all the mediums available to you in order to attract only the very best candidates
Candidate Screening - Understanding the needs of our clients and recruiting accordingly
An ability to achieve and exceed targets
Face to Face Interviewing

Basic Salary - 16k-26k Dependant on experience plus excellant uncapped bonus structure.
