Customer Service Advisor - OTE £30,000 - Didsbury
Whats the salary?
£15,000 to £20,000 basic and OTE £30,000 and pension
What will I be doing?
You will be taking incoming calls from customers giving them the best possible advice to help them elevate their debt. The Customer Service Advisor is the callers first point of direct contact with company and it is, therefore, crucial that a friendly, patient and professional approach is used from the start

What skills are required?
Debt management experience, strong customer service skills, target driven, money motivated, stable background, must sound excellent over the phone, proactively build and maintain excellent client relationships to increase client retention
