Byrom plc is a sports event management consultancy company specialising in providing turnkey solutions for accommodation, ticketing, IT, transportation and in providing consultancy services in the field of event logistics, sales and marketing to Organising Committees and Rights Holders of major international sporting events.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Team based in Cheadle, Manchester, to assist/support the Tour Operators Programme in delivering a smooth running Tour Operators Department.

The role requires initiative, strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrable administrative and clerical background, good numeracy skills, excellent telephone manners, ability to work under pressure and prioritise projects. You will be required to have a flexible and professional approach to the position. You will need to demonstrate a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) and an additional skill in a language such as, French, German, Spanish, Japanese or Portuguese is required, English does not have to be your first language. There may be a possibility of International travel.
