Sales Team Leader required for Company based in Manchester City Centre.
Respond appropriately to internal and external customer queries
Highlight any trends or issues to the Business Manager
Leadership - Line Manage team members through Performance Management, monitoring, coaching and assessment
Implement development plans that reflect business and personal objectives
Ensure all team and individual targets are met though continuous motivation of team members
Work with individuals to maximise their potential and support them in furthering their careers
Sales focus - Drive sales development to meet the Business Plan
Work collaboratively with the Sales Planning team to actively support and drive all sales initiatives
Ensure team members adopt a positive approach to new and existing initiatives through continuous motivation.
Candidates shou;ld have previous experience as Team Leader and proven results in driving a sales team.
Working hours are 12pm to 8pm Monday to Friday
City Centre location, on site gym good benefits and bonuses.
