OA Call Centre is currently recruiting on behalf of a search engine optimization company based in Altrincham. We are looking for Customer Account Managers to be the first point of contact for all the customers who want to make any changes to there current deal or if they have any general queries that need answering. You will also be advising the customer on any upgrades which could benefit them. The basic wage is £15000 and there is an additional monthly bonus to be earn for adhering to KPI’S. •Basic is £15,000 plus commission •24 Days Holiday •Daily incentives to win days off, holidays and cash prizes •Immediate start with full training •Hours Monday To Friday 9am – 5.30pm NO WEEKENDS!!
