Due to recent growth, we currently have exciting part time, permanent opportunities within our contact centre based in Bredbury.
The role involves contacting customers from a pre-qualified database working on a variety of outbound campaigns for clients such as O2, Npower, More Than, Sky etc.
You will be responsible for selling a range of new and additional products / services to suit the needs of the customer. Comprehensive training will be provided for every campaign.
You will need to demonstrate excellent sales skills with an ability to overcome objections and enjoy working in a target-orientated environment. You must also possess competent IT Skills.
Hours of Work
Agents are required to work Monday - Friday 5.00pm - 9.00pm on a permanent basis
