Customer Service - answering technical support enquiries on computer electronic products (not much technical knowledge is required)

The company provide a fast training scheme to establish maximum knowledge as quickly as possible.

Answering about 10 calls a day, these calls normally consist of returns and delivery queries - cross referencing them with spreadsheets and couriers etc

Data input.

Experience in Excel is advantageous. Will be receiving a call volume of approximately 50 calls per day

Hours - 8.30am - 5.30pm
Lunch - 1 hour
Holidays - 20 days + stats
Benefits - bonus based on performance
