PROJECTS MANAGER- Retail Fit Out- £35-45k
Our Client is one of the top UK shopfitters and is involved in everything from the delivery of national programmes to local refurbishment projects is completed at the highest quality.
The company has a proven track record of delivering fast track projects to an array of sectors including commercial, public authority and financial and Retail
Clients include some of the countries largest retailers such as HSBC , Marks and Spencer, Debenhams to name a few.
The company is looking to recruit an experienced Fit Out Project Manager to join their team.
Key requirements for the role are Oversee a range of projects throughout the UK, Deal with site staff, management and clients, Ensure all projects are brought in on time and within budget, Deal with site monitoring and progress reporting, Assist with final project handover and account settlement, Liaise with commercial staff
You will have proven experience as a project manager with a Refurbishment/Fit-out contractor. Experience in Retail fit outs is essential.
Applicants from other refurbishment backgrounds are also welcome. You will ideally have a trade's background.
