Job Description:
Administration of all customer documentation, systems and processes
Ensure all incoming calls are dealt with promptly, efficiently and in a friendly and helpful manner
Must Possess:
Excellent numeracy and written skills
PC Literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Willingness and flexibility to adapt and cope with any tasks that may arise in a small but busy office
Effective and accurate verbal communication skills
Organised and methodical way of working
Flexible team player but able to work alone when necessary
Previous Admin experience essential
