On behalf of my client a reputable company in the Bolton area I am looking to recruit an administrator. This initially will be a 12 month contract to cover maternity leave, but may go permanent after that. Duties will include: booking in stock, invoicing out stock, filing, and dealing with customer complaints. Supplier rejects, overhead entry, checking entries and costs for accuracy, reconcile the stock and involves
month end procedures, to name just a few. The persons must be used to working with computers systems and be skill full at them, also being able to think mathematically. Accuracy and attention to detail is very important for this position. Previous administration is essential for the role. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
