Outbound Customer Services / Sales Advisors (NO COLD CALLING) x 4

Altrincham town centre

£14,000 Basic + £400 - £500 bonus per month

Summary: We are looking for 2 confident, target driven Customer Service / Telesales (NO cold calling) Advisors to join a small (30 seats) but expanding contact centre in Altrincham town centre. All calls are to existing customers or warm leads so NO cold calling is involved. Whilst experience of Telesales or outbound Customer Services is desirable, we are also interested in talking to confident, outgoing individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to earn good money working to realistic targets.

Our client is going through a very exciting period of growth and they are looking to double the size of their contact centre from 25 seats to 50 seats by June 2008. We are looking for 4 outgoing, confident and target driven people to join this team over the next 2 weeks. Whilst experience of working in a target driven contact centre environment is important, we are also looking to talk to people who are naturally outgoing, confident in their ability to talk to people and who would enjoy working in a friendly, target driven environment.
