| We have a vacancy for a Customer Relations Co-Ordinator to join a well-established company based on the outskirts of Bolton. You must have plenty experience resolving complaints and managing customer accounts, ideally with corporate customers. You will take inbound calls and also follow up customer complaints. You must be able to resolve the problem, turn the customer around and prevent them from closing the account. You will have the support of the Regional Customer Service Manager for any re-negotiations on contracts/prices etc. Where applicable, you will make appointments with customers for the field managers to visit them and discuss face to face. If you are unable to turn the customer around, you must establish reasons for the cancellation and produce a report to prevent repetition. You must keep the database up to date at all times. Hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (½ hour lunch) Salary is £14,500 + monthly bonus (OTE £17,000/ annum) Free onsite parking available.
