| Our client is an international organisation with an annual turnover in excess of £1bn with one of the largest and most sophisticated sales forces in the UK. You will manage a large regional team who will be promoting on line advertising within a major directory selling Web Clicks and banner advertising. We require managers who have considerable experience in selling new media solutions and managing large sales teams as you will be expected to hit the ground running. Your key responsibility will be to drive sales within a designated region; a typical day will involve recruitment, 121 training, sales management, and sales development. The ideal sales candidate would be of graduate calibre with a minimum of 4 years telesales or field based sales team management experience, alternatively you will be at a B2B Sales Management level in any targeted sales environment.
