| An award winning fire and security company based in Manchester City Centre are recruiting applicants who have gained experienced to join their Customer Services department. You will be joining a brand new team of customer application service advisors, who are team orientated and offer excellent benefits that include All successful Customer Care Advisors will receive the following benefits Salary from £16000 Pension and Health care 25 days holiday Staff Uniform Incentives Full training Monday- Saturday (rotational shifts) We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service applicants who have experience of resolving customer enquiries, collecting outstanding payments, and have excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build rapport easily. You will be joining leading security company, who provide peace of mind to businesses & home owners with monitored burglar & fire alarms. You will be working within the advanced customer care department and as part of a team of advisors you will be responsible for contacting customers following an installations of Security Systems, to confirm their satisfaction, resolving any arising queries, securing payments for outstanding balances and raising invoices for customers. Applicants must be strong Customer Services experience, a strong team player and enjoy working within a busy environment, dealing with both customers and outstanding queries from internal departments. Full training will be provided on all products and systems, however applicants are required to demonstrate accurate data input with experience of emailing, word processing, spreadsheets. If you are familiar with CRM or AS400 this would be an advantage however is not essential. This is a fantastic career opportunity with excellent career prospects. |
