| This Sunday Times Top 100 Companies Telecoms firm in Northenden require Retentions Advisor to join their busy team. This is a highly challenging role as You will be responsible for contacting customers wishing to cancle their services in order to convert and retain the business. Using objection and negotiation skills yoiu will be exploring the issues leading upto the cancellation requestion resolving any customer issues and retaining the customers business. You must have previous sales, customer service or call centre experience, a customer focused attitude and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
