| This Sunday Times Top 100 CompanyTelecoms firm require a Debt Recovery Officer' s to join their rapidly exapnding team in Northenden. You will be responsible for dealing with aged customer debts ensuring the collections of outstanding monies. You will be liasing with tracing agents and investigating accounts where disputes have being raised and resolving these issues to ensure speedy paymetns. You will also preparing accounts prior to initiating court proceedings. You will need to be be target driven with a strong personality, good communication skills and the ability to negotiate successfully. There is also an element of research within the role so you need to be motivated and able to work on your own initiative. The ideal candidate will be able to work to targets as you will be paid a bonus based on monies collected. You must have previous customer service or credit control experience.
