Based within a very busy Contact Centre, you will be the first point of contact for all [Rachel Walker] business customers . You will be dealing with a high volume of calls ranging from billing queries, fault diagnostics and broadband issues . In addition you will liase with wholesale suppliers for fault resolutions and engineer appointments.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within customer services, strong organisational skills and the ability to multi task.
