| My client who are leading telecommunications company are seeking a candidate to do the following: Managing the Business Partner and Customer relationship over the telephone, supporting Business Partner and Customer needs by providing a consistently high level of customer service. -Examples of inbound calls include data protection checks, billing queries and hardware queries. -Examples of outbound calls include welcome calls, account reviews and managing call alerts. Maintain and build relationships with internal departments. Manage lifecycle of query from initial call to resolution. Problem solving, striving to resolve issues at first point of contact where appropriate and providing updates where required. Use a variety of software applications for analysis and reporting, account reviews, data input and editing. -Examples include invoice analysis, managing outstanding balances and analysis of customer usage. Work closely with Team Leader; reporting customer feedback, escalating issues where appropriate, attending and contributing to team meetings. Proactively build product/industry knowledge and manage personal development, working to KPIs. Demonstrate compliance with key call centre measures, call handling complaints procedure and HR policies and procedures. Person Profile Educated to minimum GCSE standard. A-level standard would be advantageous. Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel. Ability to demonstrate longevity of experience in either a customer service, call centre or telecoms environment. A passion for delivering quality and excellence in customer service, first time, every time. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with a variety of internal and external customers at all levels. Strong telephone manner, able to remain polite and courteous and use effective questioning and listening techniques. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to deadlines. Consistently produces a high standard of work, paying close attention to accuracy and detail. Able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a demanding and fast paced environment.
