A leading telecommunications company are seeking Customer Service Administrators to join their brand new and expanding offices in South Manchester. You will be working within a highly successful customer services departmenr as an administrator, where you will be responsible for managing the departments inbox, setting up customer accounts, manage and distribute the departments post, process customer account reviews, and complete adhoc reporting.
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable applicants who are keen to work as part of a team and develop their skills. We are seeking applicants who have some administration experience and have worked within an office environment with strong organisation skills and ability to manage a high volume work load.
You will be working for an award winning telecommunications company, based in South Manchester. My client provide communication products to over 100,000 business throughout the UK and seek to be the best in their industy and go the extra mile for all of their customers.
