An opportunity has become available to work for one of the leading companies providing Pensions, specialising in Self Invested Personal Pensions(SIPP) and Small Self Administered Schemes (SSAS). In your role you will be providing the administration for a portfolio of clients and their advisors or to a group of clients and advisors along with the other members of the team. When you are administering the pension schemes you will need to consider the following:
* Legislation and regulations
* The Groups Operating Principles and Policies
* With Due consideration for the position and practices of third parties IFA's banks and investment providers.
On a daily basis you will be:
* Liaising with all key communicators in a polite and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records of the schemes activities on paper and electronically so the information can be shared with other colleagues
* Ensuring that all scheme cash receipts are correct and documented in a timely fashion.
To be successful in your application you will ideally have :
* Administered SIPP or SSAS pensions schemes or some kind of previous experience in the pensions industry
* Had previous experience working within an administrational role within a financial industry
* Excellent organisational skills
In return you will receive:
* A basic salary of 15 - 17K dependant on experience
* 22 days holiday
* Working hours 08.45 - 17.15 ( 1 hour for lunch)
* 2K annual performance dependant bonus
* Mon - Fri
