Our client is a small company of 10 people which turnovers approx £1.2 million per annum, so there is quite a lot of business to keep a handle on. However because they are a small and reasonably 'uncorporate' in our approach and environment they need somebody who is also happy to 'muck in' and get involved in some of the more menial tasks.

Ensure efficient and profitable operation of the business through effective management of all financial, operational and administrative systems and of the overall office premises and environment
Essentials
Highly IT literate
Some knowledge of accounts and accounting systems and principles
Very organised and detail conscious
Self-starter who is able to work on their own initiative
Alert and aware of surroundings and situations
Good interpersonal skills in person and on the telephone
Good writing and composition skills

Experience of setting up/managing computer systems
