HR TELESALES ADVISOR
My client was established in 2003 and provides their clients with complete Human Resource and Health and Safety service.
They help businesses by making savings on their employment costs through the implementation of successful people policies.
They are located in modern offices.
The successful applicants will be working closely with an External marketing consultant, will be via telephone, email, fax and mail shots.
You will also inherit an existing client base from which you will develop new business.
To deal with lead generation for the company, booking new business appointments for their field-based HR Managers.
Must be able to work within a really fast paced environment, but work with a work hard/play hard mentality, pro active and self motivated attitude towards sales target: Staff are expected to take responsibility for their individual targets.
Have an out going personality, with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature.
Professional and intelligent approach to work.
Working hours are MON-FRI 9am-5pm.
SALARY IS £13k for 1st 6months, then will rise to £16k basic + uncapped commission, and benefits such as 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
BUPA Health care and company pension scheme(After probationary period).
Quarterly and annual top performer bonus, and Quarterly team incentive prize.
