OA Call Centre is currently recruiting on behalf of one of the biggest debt solutions companies based in recently refurbished offices in Manchester City Centre.
With a basic salary of £14,000 (rising to £16,000 after 6 months) and an OTE of £23k, this is a very exciting opportunity to join a well established company with over 10 years industry experience.
You will be speaking to clients and assessing their financial situation through a brief telephone interview in order to decide the best solution to assist them with their debts, so an excellent telephone manner is essential.
Working on a rolling shift basis Monday-Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-3pm. You will receive 3 weeks intensive training in the academy on-site.
