Working for one of the most successful Independent Recruitment agencies in the UK located in the city centre of Manchester.
We are looking to recruit a dynamic, forward thinking Resourcer to join our busy tempoary recruitment team.
This is an ideal role for a Resourcer with ideas who wants to make a valuable contribution to the team by looking at new ways of sourcing candidates as well as building up a database of quality temporary applicants.
Our recruitment is very internet driven so you will ideally be confident at using and maximising a variety of websites and be able to track the success of each.
You will also be responsible for writing and managing the adverts so excellent written English and a flair for marketing would be highly advantageous.
There will also be a substantial amount of Administration also involved, including, payroll, producing timesheets, creating bookings and referencing.
There is a lot of scope for the development of this role into various fields so would suit someone who likes working in a fast paced and challenging business.
