Our Client is a world leader in precision manufacturing of valves and fittings for Transportation in the Road Tanker and Tank Container Industries.
Due to continued expansion they are currently looking to recruit a Multilingual Sales Administrator to work within a friendly, pleasant and busy working environment. Within a small team the role includes customer relationship management, sales order processing and market development of worldwide countries.
Responsibilities:-
Due the clients customer base, candidates who are fluent in French, Spanish or Italian will be given priority.
Responsible for market development and customer relationship building in specific countries.
Issue accurate sales orders and progress through production ensuring target deliveries are attained.
Liaise with Sales Managers and Production staff to ensure delivery priorities are maintained and revised against changing customer needs.
Ensure records are comprehensively administered.
Pro-actively communicate sales enquiry opportunities for standard and non-standard product sales to Sales Managers to follow up.
Work with the team to ensure the delivery of quality customer service at all times.
Provide cover as appropriate within the Sales Team.
Ensure all customers and potential customers are treated with professionalism, courtesy and respect at all times, in response to any enquiry or service they may be requesting.
Work with the Sales Team to ensure improvements to, and efficiency of sales order process.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Client.
Selection Criteria
The successful candidate will have previous sales order processing experience, a proven record of working in a team and be a quick learner with the ability to work under pressure to changing deadlines.
Fluent French, Spanish or Italian language would be beneficial.
Previous sales order processing experience essential.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to handle telephone calls, preferably within a service organisation or help desk role where departmental results are achieved by teamwork.
Good IT skills, and a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Any engineering/technical experience is a major advantage.
