THE ROLE
Bid production
Local research as required
Qualifications and assistance in event organisation
General assistance with database management
Local control of corporate message and ownership of standards
General administration support to other sectors in the Manchester office
Preparation of capability statements
Preparation of interview presentations using Power Point
Maintenance of standard generic information e.g. project sheets, references, staff CVs
THE PERSON
Experience in a support role at a senior level
Good typing skills
Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Comfortable and skilled at communicating at different levels
Able to prioritise own workload
Strong organisational skills
Great document presentation skills
Adaptable and flexible approach
Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm
